BRIEF
Create a campaign that will communicate the benefits in a simple and engaging way so that people feel that they have a clear understanding of the purpose of the roll out and how it benefits them personally and on a national level. 
BACKGROUND RESEARCH
Based on the research findings, it appears that families without a smart meter often lack awareness of the overall benefits associated with this product. Their understanding is predominantly shaped by negative news coverage in the media.
To address this issue, it is crucial to present smart meters in a manner that highlights the advantages for their individual lives. Additionally, emphasizing the positive impact on their children's future can help foster a sense of meaningful change, encouraging acceptance and adoption of this technology.
CONCEPT
Due to the fact that smart meters are hugely based on their technical advantages, I opted to align them with an environmentally friendly theme to alleviate concerns that people might associate the product with. 
My primary focus was to enhance aware of the smart meter benefits. I strategically did this by increasing traffic on the Smartenergygb.org website whilst also changing the negative misconception they may associate with the product through color, language, and a reward system.
